Philip Ingram MBE BSc MA

Philip is a journalist specialising in the security, counter-terror, defence and intelligence arenas. His knowledge is built from a long and senior military career as an intelligence and security officer, and strategic planner, with business experience at the board level in the steel industry and security media (marketing) industry; he maintains a close interest in global events. When not, keynote speaking, chairing events, commenting for national and international press outlets or writing on security and intelligence, Philip runs his own media company, Grey Hare Media. Unsurprisingly it specialises in delivering informed content.

Nick Aldworth – Director, Risk to Resolution Ltd
Following a 36-year career in policing and the military, Nick finished his career as a Detective Chief Superintendent in Counter Terrorism Policing where he held the role of National Coordinator (Protect and Prepare) and led the operational protective security responses to the London 2017 terrorist attacks. Nick is a subject matter expert in counter-terrorism and the Protect Consultation.

Michelle Russell – Acting Chief Executive, Security Industry Authority
A qualified solicitor, Michelle joined the SIA from the Charity Commission where she held various legal and senior management positions. Michelle was the Director of Investigations, Monitoring and Enforcement at the Charity Commission for over 5 years, leading its investigations, monitoring and enforcement work, its specialist outreach programs and accountancy functions strategies on counter-terrorism, fraud and financial abuse, and safeguarding. Michelle has also sat on a number of cross-government and sector groups, particularly on terrorism and serious crime issues.

Bonnie Michelman CPP CHPA – Executive Director of Police, Security &Outside Services, Massachusetts General Hospital
Bonnie has 30 years experience of in managing health care security. Currently, she manages the security of patients, staff, visitors, facilities, and assets of a 28,000+
employee institution with more than 100 buildings, 130 satellite sites, and a budget of $40+ million. The staff of 350 includes a licensed police department.
